In approx 2 weeks (when summer school quits ruining my fun), Adam and myself are going to begin training for a 1/2 marathon, and hopefully continue the momentum for a full! Since this is Adam's first long distance run and my second - I'm going to post the schedule that worked for me last year. It's a 16 week marathon schedule, which by the power of math, we'll cut in half to fit our needs.
Hopefully, we'll find some interesting stuff to blog about during that time. We'll see how fun carrying around a camera is during those long runs. Ha!
