After I hate 4 pieces of a large Papa John's Pizza and crashed on the couch for about an hour I decided to run about a mile. I felt terrible once again and winded after a few hundred meters.
After seeing spots while running the prior day I decided to take a look at what I am putting in my body. So from here on out I will do my best to update my log. I'm not going to post everything I eat because I don't want to gross anyone out with my sugar consumption (I'm at 67% of my allocated week in one day and I really want a Frappe right now!)
